What about Geri Halliwell’s eating style? Her eating plan consists of 3 meals per day that are rich in fruits and vegetables. After going through excessive exercising and a long row of bizarre diets, Geri finally decided to stop and she turned to what she calls “sensible eating”.

She has now joined the growing trend of celebrities that would rather maintain a nice set of curves than a skinny figure. So she realize that a bit of fat here and there is no a problem, which means that she can be less worried about the whole dieting game.

This same basic eating plan is working for the famous TV presenter, Claire Sweeney. She chose the Weight Watchers diet precisely because it let her eat foods that she likes and that other diet preaches against. She had already gone through a detox plan, which she could not stick to - an Atkins diet that eventually lead to her having a kidney infection and a dozen other dieting ideas. But Weight Watchers worked for her much better than other plan and so she’s still on the program.

Even actress Gwyneth Paltrow has been on a macrobiotic diet plan for few years. She would not touch eggs, meat, dairy products and caffeine and stuck with this plan until her recent pregnancy. After giving birth to Apple, Gwyneth went back to her eating plan, but she confesses that she no longer as strict as she once was. Though she is still avoiding foods that drain her energy, but she has discovered that a relaxed attitude is more effective than looking like a bean pole or dried leaf.

Now it seems that the so-called stick figure that was the 'talk of the town' before is gradually fading out fashion after the excesses of the 1990s. Today, many stars are discovering that it is better to maintain a healthy balance between their cravings and image rather deny themselves pleasure in order to reach an unreasonable beauty level.

Now it is already proven that this method is not a good approach but it is working just fine.
